Below are
the hotel booking details. To calculate the cost of your
tour decide which room you want (and who with maybe) and
tick that, tick whether you want the full English breakfast
supplement (cost is per night) or take the continental
option included in the room rate, and pay me. Costs shown
are for three nights PER ROOM, hence that is the
price we pay regardless of how many are in there, as it
stands now. It is possible that we can change the rooms
around but the sooner I can confirm the easier it will be to
negotiate. If you are not staying three nights, we will have
to adjust depending on what the hotel charge when we confirm
the booking. Parking on site is £3.00 per day but I would
hope we can all pay this out of our own collective pockets,
drivers should not be penalised.
The intention is to travel down Thursday and play Bishops
Waltham ; from there go to Bournemouth and check in. Note
that the Friday and Saturday games are both at least 40
minutes (at best) from the hotel so golf is going to be for
the early birds. The best option is to play on the way down
on Thursday near Bishops Waltham but that needs a tee time
of 8am!!! Or pick out somewhere near Fawley for Friday (we
might need Ditcher for this). Minor details as they say. I
might suggest that in view of previous tours habits there
should be appointed a tour committee to get a bit more focus
on the days but you may just as easily say do what you want
,when you want , with whom you want , works. Its your
choice.
